At Harvestry Coffee, everything begins with a deep respect for the harvest — the people, the places, and the processes that bring exceptional coffee to life.

Founded by Qussai, our head roaster and passionate coffee explorer, Harvestry was born from a simple but powerful belief: great coffee should be accessible, traceable, and truly enjoyable to brew at home.

We’re a small but dedicated team based in London, united by a shared obsession with quality, transparency, and craft. Every bean we roast is sourced from producers around the world who share our commitment to sustainability and excellence — from the highlands of Ethiopia to the volcanic soils of Guatemala.

We roast in small batches on our Diedrich IR-12 to preserve the integrity of each origin, fine-tuning every roast to bring out distinct flavour notes — whether that’s the floral brightness of a washed Kenyan or the chocolatey depth of a Brazilian natural.
