Armonía’s Story

Nestled in the misty highlands of Cobán, Finca Santa Isabel has been in the Valdés family for generations. Managed today by agronomist Luis “Wicho” Valdés, the farm combines innovation with tradition to produce exceptional coffees recognised among Guatemala’s finest — including multiple Cup of Excellence awards.

Grown at 1,400–1,600 metres and fully washed before being sun-dried, Armonia reflects Santa Isabel’s signature balance and elegance. The region’s cool, humid climate and volcanic soil give this coffee a vibrant structure, while meticulous hand-picking and slow drying preserve clarity and sweetness in the cup.

Expect a cup that’s harmonious and refined, with notes of orange, red apple, and milk chocolate, a smooth texture, and a clean, lingering finish.
